How a booking happens
Your page reads the same stock as your counter, so an online booking and a walk-in can never take the same pair of skis.
The guest picks a model and size
They enter a town and dates, and the map shows only shops with gear free then. On your page they choose from the list you keep in the panel. Rentouri never suggests a size.
They sign your agreement and pay
Your rental agreement is read and signed online, before arrival. The guest pays by card in your shop's currency, so there is nothing left to settle at the counter.
They collect in a minute
At the counter you scan the QR code from the confirmation, then the tag on the unit you hand out. The booking is now tied to that exact unit.

Confirm instantly or on approval
One setting for the whole shop. On approval, the guest's card is only held: we charge it when you accept, and release it if you decline or do not answer within about seven days.

The marketplace sells at the prices in your panel, seasonal adjustments included. You pick one of four cancellation tiers.

How the money reaches you
The guest pays by card through Stripe, straight into your company's payout account, and from there it goes to your bank account. We take our commission at the moment of payment, so there is no invoice to settle later.
Walk-in rentals and bookings entered at the counter, including phone bookings, carry no commission.
Before Stripe's own card fee, which Stripe takes separately. The rate depends on your plan.
Rentouri does not issue invoices or receipts to your guests. Your usual fiscal documents cover marketplace bookings too.
