Does the app cost extra?

No. It is included in every plan, Growth, Pro and Enterprise, with no per-device fee and no limit on how many phones you use.

Does it work without internet?

No. The app needs a connection, because availability is live and has to match what the counter and the guest booking online can see.

Will I get notifications when the app is closed?

Not yet. The bell and the order sound need the app open on that device. Push notifications are on the list.

Which phones and tablets does it work on?

Any recent iPhone or iPad with Safari, and Android phones and tablets with Chrome. On a computer you install it from Chrome or Edge.

Can my staff use it on their own phones?

Yes. Each person installs it on their own phone and logs in with their own account. What they can see and do follows the permissions you set in the panel.

What you do from a phone or tablet

This is not a cut-down version for a smaller screen. It is the whole Rentouri panel, laid out for working on your feet.

Scan at hand-out and at return

Point the phone at the QR code in the guest's confirmation email and their booking opens. Scan the label on a pair of skis or a bike and that exact unit is bound to the booking, then checked back in on return.

You see a booking as it arrives

The bell in the top bar shows new and confirmed online bookings. You can turn on a sound on that device so you hear an order from the gear room. If you approve bookings by hand, you accept or decline requests from the same screen.

On an iPad or an Android tablet you open a full-screen counter view: today's pick-ups, gear that is out, new requests. The guest reads the rental agreement on the screen and signs it with a finger, and the signed PDF stays with the booking.

You open the address in your browser and add it to your home screen. Rentouri gets its own icon and opens full screen, without browser bars.
